WELCOME TO BODY CONCEPTS MASSAGE SCHOOL

On February 28, 2009, it was necessary for the school to close the location at 2100 N Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs.  However, Body Concepts Massage School is still in operation.  We chose to use the spring months exploring options to continue offering classes in massage.  For the complete details of the events that lead to these decisions, and the resulting outcome, please click on the “News and Events” link. 

Many people have expressed concern about obtaining copies of their records. Please be assured that BCMS remains committed to providing official transcripts to its students.  Please visit the “Transcripts” link for instructions to receive your copy. 

We are actively making plans to schedule classes beginning in the summer.  The “Classes and Workshops” link will be updated regularly as we finalize the specifics. We are also hoping for your input.  Please feel free to make suggestions regarding workshops you would be interested in attending. 

There has been a great deal of confusion over the last few months about many issues relating to the school and its status.  Go to the “Frequently Asked Questions” link where we have provided a number of answers.  If you feel something is unclear, or has not been addressed, please let us know.

This has been a difficult period of adjustment for everyone involved.  Moving forward, we will strive to make opportunities for learning available to therapist interested in continuing their education, as well as for those eager to begin their massage career. 

The goal at the core of  Body Concepts Massage School (formerly Desert Resorts School of Soma therapy) serves as the commitment for today: accessible and affordable massage training.  We greatly appreciate your ongoing support in our effort to make this a reality.
